🚚 Shipping Locations
We currently ship within India only.
📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within:
24 to 72 hours
(Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays)
If there is a delay due to stock or operational issues, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
🚛 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
5 to 14 working days
(Depending on delivery location and courier service availability)
🆓 Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹500.
For orders below ₹500, normal shipping charges may apply based on location.
🔍 Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped:
- Tracking details will be emailed to you
- You can follow the shipment progress until delivery
📦 Courier Partners
We deliver via reliable delivery partners across Pan India
(Delivery service depends on customer’s pincode coverage)
🧾 COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
- COD is available across India where supported by our courier partners
- No extra charge for COD
- COD orders require verification & confirmation before shipment
(Unverified COD orders may be cancelled)
📭 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Orders not delivered due to:
- Wrong/ incomplete shipping address
- Customer not available
- Rejection at delivery despite confirmation
➡️ Shipping charges + return fee will be deducted before refund (if applicable).
