Thank you for choosing VELOZO. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery only in cases where:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is damaged, defective, or incomplete

Beauty & Grooming products, personal care items, and opened/used products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene protocols.

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any return or exchange, a full and clear unboxing video is required, which must show:

  • Package condition before opening
  • Entire unboxing process
  • The issue (damage/defect) clearly visible

Requests without proper video evidence will not be approved.

🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective products

Exchange availability depends on stock. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are issued only after product inspection and approval by our quality team.

  • Refund Method: Bank Transfer
  • Processing Time: 25–30 business days after approval

₹100 return/restocking fee + shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer
  • Tracking details must be provided once shipped back

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Items without valid unboxing video
